The Market(Premium/VIP)
is a store where you can buy Premium and Self Storage Transfer Licenses.
You can also exchange Skill Level Tokens for multiple items.
Premium
Main article : Tycoon Premium
(Tycoon) Premium is a monthly-renewable status which provides multiple benefits, including 15% extra storage (inventory/trunk/self storage) and 50% extra experience.
Self Storage Transfer License
A Self Storage Transfer License allows you to transfer items from your Self Storage to any other online user that also owns that storage. If there is a fee for placing items in this storage you will also pay a fee for transferring items. The License lasts for 7 days and costs $5,000,000 (5M) or 10 Skill Level Tokens.
Skill Level Tokens
Skill Level Tokens are awarded when leveling up (1 every 10 levels if it's virtual levels).

You can also break down the tokens for an instant $10,000 (10K). This can be done through the inventory.
