Rules List
Number A. - GENERAL RULES
1 Do NOT ram into or kill other players or their vehicles. Vehicle Deathmatching (VDM) is strictly prohibited.
2 Do NOT steal other players' vehicles.
3 Do NOT harass other players or in general interfere with their gameplay. This includes stalking/following or repeatedly buzzing them with an aircraft if they ask you to stop.
4 Do NOT cheat or abuse bugs. This includes client side modifications[*1], exploiting small loopholes, mod menus, gameplay macros, or any other method to progress faster than normal.
5 Do NOT use any racial, homophobic, or any otherwise hateful language and slurs. (Applies to Text Chat and Ingame Voice Chat - Failure to follow this rule will result in severe actions against those who are hateful.)
6 Do NOT use words, similarly spelt words, terms or phrases that could be considered as derogatory or offensive. (Applies to Text Chat and Ingame Voice Chat - Failure to follow this rule may result in severe actions against the player.)
7 Do NOT use coloured text for names.
8 Do Not Buy or Sell in-game items/currency with real world currency, doing so will result in BOTH the Seller AND Buyer being BANNED from our server forever. It breaks FiveM TOS.
9 Always respect other players and staff members.
10 Always report rule breakers to staff either with the report function or in Discord. Not promptly reporting rule breakers you discover could result in punishment for assisting or participating.
11 Always follow and comply with a staff member’s instructions if they ask you to do something or refrain from doing something.
12 Always be aware and respectful of the space around you to avoid collisions or interfering with other players gameplay.
13 Always report any bug(s) you find by pressing M, navigating to Staff Panel and selecting “Report a Bug”.
14 Always refer to the F7 guide before asking for help. This guide is extremely helpful and is made for your convenience!
B. - CHAT RULES
1 Do NOT spam chats.
2 Do NOT argue in chat. If you are having anything more than a civil disagreement with another user, take it to direct messages.
3 Always speak English in chat. Speaking in other languages will get you warned or possibly kicked from the server.
Additionally, in-game advertisements must be in English, or they will be overridden.
4 For Company or Faction chat, the language rule doesn't apply. So any language rules set by respective group can be followed in these specific chats.
C. - FLYING RULES
1 Do NOT taxi planes outside the airport, this includes roads, dirt paths, etc.
2 Do NOT spawn any planes outside the airports that is not a VTOL aircraft. Seaplanes may still be spawned in the water.
3 Do NOT takeoff or land an aircraft anywhere other than a runway. This includes roads and buildings.
During takeoff and landing, your plane’s heading MUST match the runway heading. (In other words, going straight down the runway and not at an angle.) Likewise, DO NOT purposely crash or despawn your plane mid-air to get somewhere faster.
You may land helicopters anywhere you like as long as it does not block other players.
4 Do NOT fly HEAVY or aircraft over airline pilot level 30 or cargo pilot level 5 between any buildings. Lower level and leisure aircraft may fly between buildings at the pilots risk, any collision or crash will be at the fault of the pilot and considered ATC failure. This rule does not apply to helicopters.
5 Always use ATC[*2] (by pressing TAB) and runways when flying an aircraft. Aircraft designated "HEAVY"[*3] may not use "JET" runways. You must initiate a takeoff callout BEFORE you enter the runway, and initiate a landing callout about 20 seconds away from landing on the runway. See Airline Piloting or Cargo Piloting for more about ATC and flight rules.
6 Always keep your aircraft on the ground while taxiing.
7 For VTOL aircrafts, Flying Rule #1,#2 and #3 are mandatory if they are in Plane mode. VTOL aircraft may fly through buildings when in their vertical mode. VTOL aircrafts can land anywhere if they are in vertical mode (Make sure it does not block other players).
8 Aircraft designed to land/takeoff in WATER are able to do so, without the use of ATC.
9 You are allowed to share your ATC with other players when both parties have agreed to it. Players will not be allowed to use this feature if it is abused or used to create drama.

Lastly and most importantly,
Always have fun, I am sure you will enjoy our server! (Not having fun can be a bannable offense!)
If you see another player not following these server rules you can report them by pressing M then navigating to the “Staff Panel” and pressing “Report a Player”. Please select the player you wish to report and tell us what rule they are breaking.

*1 - Client Side Modifications
  • Anything that changes the shape/size/form of any object/ped/vehicle, is not allowed.
  • Floating objects/structures, changing of the vehicle handling, map modifications are not allowed as it can boost your progress over other players. (exploiting)
  • Everything visual, what only changes the aesthetics of the building/ped/vehicle/object, is allowed.
  • Graphical mods are fine as long as they don't make any of the objects around the map invisible.

(Most of the popular graphics mods add various small objects, usually to vegetation or to the buildings to improve the overall graphical experience, this type of mod is allowed.)

*2 - Airport Runway Maps with corresponding ATC calls
  • Press on the "expand" button to see all the available airports. ▶
*3 - Heavy Aircraft
  • "HEAVY" aircrafts are those with a larger wingspan than the "Dash-8". If you are unsure, the ATC menu will let you know by blocking out those options.
