Getting Started
As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you will protect the streets and citizens of Los Santos from unruly parking and dish out parking fines!
1. Go to the Specialized Job marker 
(9/-) at the S.A Parking Council HQ (Shown in the following picture).
2. There will be a white circle where you can spawn the PEO vehicle on the right side of the entrance, in a parking space.
3. Once you've spawned the PEO vehicle drive next to parked cars slowly to scan them. After scanning a parked vehicle is a chance to ticket the vehicle and receive a ticket commission.
4. Find the next vehicle and repeat!
