Warps:

• Fixed markers on non-vehicle warps
• Added alternative "tunnel warps" to get to Liberty City
• Warps now use the GTA Online fade-out and fade-in effect

API:

• vRP now has available config files
• You're now given access to the API discussion channel when topping a key
• Increased interval between location steps from 200ms to 500ms
• Tweaked location steps to return up to 30 steps
• /map/positions.json no longer contains step history, use /map/positions2.json

Server:

• Fixed debug logging not sending remote messages
