Phone / Services:
- You can now specify a custom response message for service calls
- Press LEFT ARROW on the service option to open the prompt
- A few automatic values can be supplied, these are listed in the input prompt
- Reduced call cooldown to 90 seconds
- Reduced answer cooldown to 45 seconds
Speed Traps:
- Increased ticket cooldown from 8 seconds to 20 seconds
Items:
- Fixed the incorrect item "treasure_key", it now appears in players inventories
Vehicles:
- (Hopefully) fixed the incorrect texture showing on the Phantom
