HUD/UI:

• Added a new blip for the Train Wash

World:

• Added a Train Wash in the metro tunnels
• Added a Train Wash in the La Mesa area

Items:

• Items that are exempt from Put All now states so in their description
• Added a Speed Trap Radar item, obtainable through treasure chests

Treasure:

• Treasure Chests now require a Treasure Key to open
• Treasures now have a chance of containing keys instead of a crate
• Certain Treasure Chests can now be scrapped for keys

Speed Traps:

• Re-worked the Speed Traps
• Re-priced speed fees, now based on speed above limit
• New prices are now cheaper for lower speeds and more expensive for higher speeds (compared to old prices)
• Added a passive speed trap warning enableable via the Speed Trap Radar item
• Added a scan for nearby speed traps, enabled via the Speed Trap Radar item

Vehicles:

• Vehicles spawned via Player Options now automatically get deleted when leaving them
• Certain spawnable vehicles now automatically get deleted when leaving them

Bugfixes:

• Fixed an issue causing Take All from working
