Treasure
Treasure chests 
are chests that spawn individually whenever someone levels up in a skill. They can also randomly spawn in bulk. The chests can easily be found because of their icon on the map and their high-rising yellow beam.
To open a treasure chest, one will need a treasure key, which is consumed when you open the chest. These keys can also be found from the same high-rising yellow beams, but also can be received via breaking down a medium and/or high grade chest or buying it from a player/marketplace.
If you have a treasure key and a treasure chest, go to M > Inventory > Your chest > Open, to open the treasure chest.
After interacting with the chest, it will grant an item (see treasure contents below) and will subsequently apply a cooldown of a few seconds to prevent people from farming chests too rapidly.
