Phone / Services:

• You can now specify a custom response message for service calls
• Press LEFT ARROW on the service option to open the prompt
• A few automatic values can be supplied, these are listed in the input prompt
• Reduced call cooldown to 90 seconds
• Reduced answer cooldown to 45 seconds

Speed Traps:

• Increased ticket cooldown from 8 seconds to 20 seconds

Items:

• Fixed the incorrect item "treasure_key", it now appears in players inventories

Vehicles:

• (Hopefully) fixed the incorrect texture showing on the Phantom
