EXP Boost Hunting
So, you've found a white circle on the map and you're thinking "What is this?!", you've found yourself a hidden EXP boost and it's hiding somewhere in this circle! Grab a digiscanner, your favourite vehicle and get hunting!
There are a few ways to find these circles, and inside the circle there is a Medi-kit
hidden somewhere within that area. They are mostly in, below, or on houses. They will give you a 15% XP Boost on every activity for 1 hour. If you have an active 15% Boost and you collect another one, you will get the physical boost in your inventory. besides randomly coming across them on your travels.
Your first goal with EXP hunting is to find 100 boosts
Now, how do we find them?
The Informant
Head to City Hall 
and on the EAST side of the building down a set of stairs you will find the informant, aka Monke
For a small fee of $75,000 the informant will give you a location of an EXP boost.
Digiscanner
The other method is a handy tool called the DigiScanner which you can purchase through the Marketplace, through Player to Player selling, or you can find it via Prospecting and when using the scanner the bars will turn blue when there is a boost in that direction, so follow that blue light until the bars fill up and it will lead you right to the boost.
The best method is to combine both of these two tools together!
Once you hit 100 EXP boosts you can then use a special vehicle to hunt to your next goal of 500 boosts! What vehicle, I hear you asking?
Congratulations, you can now FLY the Deluxo! but that's not all, now that you're using a special vehicle designed for hunting boosts, it now allows you to receive Spaceship Parts when you collect the boosts!
There is also the Opressor F/S which allows you to locate Spaceship parts as well! See the table below for information on how to obtain these vehicles
