Phone / Services:
- Added a cooldown for calls
- You are now unable to call if there are no available units
- Added a cooldown for answers (and receiving calls)
- Answering calls now automatically send a service notice in chat
Player State:
- New players now spawn with a random-ish outfit (rather than the Default Danny outfit)
Bugfixes:
- Fixed an issue preventing Treasure Chests from being broken down into keys
- Fixed an issue preventing Treasures from dropping on OneSync servers
- Fixed an issue causing Speed Traps to not load properly
- Fixed an issue causing staff spawned vehicles to delete upon exit
