In Transport Tycoon, there are only a few ways to teleport/warp around the map.
Joining Game
When joining the game, a menu will pop up. This menu is an aggregate of all your unlocked Business, House, Faction and Company teleports. It will only appear once upon logging in.
Businesses
Several Businesses offer a Spawn Point perk, unlocked after levelling up the business to at least level 2.
Owned House
If you own a House, you can teleport to it through this way as well.
Train Station Warps
At several points on the train tracks you can find train stations, which can be used to get across the map quickly by using the warps.
